His career spans high-end Class A motorhomes, Prevost bus conversions, and Newell Coach custom luxury motorcoaches, giving him a rare, comprehensive perspective on the luxury coach marketplace.
Spanning the past decade, Phil has consistently served as the top producer at Newell Coach Corporation, setting a standard for excellence in customer relationship management and representing the Newell brand nationwide. As of July 2025, he is responsible for more than 65% of all custom-ordered Newell Coaches, an outcome driven by repeat clients, referrals, and long-term relationships built on trust.

Phil began his career in 1987 with Foretravel, Inc., a premier manufacturer of high-end Class A motorhomes at that time. After earning Master Sales Guild status, he was recruited by Marathon Coach, Inc. in 1994, the world’s largest luxury Prevost bus conversion company. Within three years, he rose to national sales leader, eventually selling more than 500 coaches totaling over
$300 million. His tenure at Marathon earned him the distinction of cumulative sales leader from 1998 through 2011.
Recognized throughout the industry for his professionalism and depth of experience, Phil accepted an invitation to join Newell Coach Corporation and became part of Team Newell on January 1, 2012. Since then, he has maintained a consistent leadership position as the company’s top producer for more than a decade.
Beyond the sales process, Phil is actively engaged within exclusive luxury motorcoach resort communities, where he showcases Newell Coaches and educates enthusiasts on the advantages of Newell’s custom-built approach. His ability to connect authentically has made him a trusted advisor for both first-time buyers and long-term Newell owners.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and playing pickleball—interests that reflect the lifestyle many of his clients seek to enjoy through luxury motorcoach ownership.
